Unhurried, sun-kissed, and soul-deep. A celebration that moved with intention.
A love that breathed easy, in a place that let it be. It wasn’t loud. It was right.
We’ve known Evans and Keziah for a minute, from their engagement shoot with their son, we already knew these two don’t just love each other, they genuinely enjoy each other. They laugh like kids, but you can also tell they’ve been through things and have each other’s back for real. And when they told us the wedding would be in the wild again? Say less, we were in.
Now, if you’ve ever been to a typical Kenyan wedding, you know the drill: 5am call time, pressure from aunties, 43 different locations, and zero breathing room. But this one? The day started at 4PM. Yes, you read that right. Everyone was chill. The bride and groom took their time in their own villas, the light was soft, the breeze was on our side, and guests were just out there sipping cocktails and vibing like it was the softest Sunday ever.
Keziah came through with a golden beige dress that fit like a dream, not your typical bridal look, and honestly? It was perfect. Later she switched it up with a white jumpsuit that screamed “it’s time to dance.” They exchanged vows under that glowing Kitengela sky, surrounded by people who knew them deeply. It wasn’t loud. It wasn’t rushed. It was just… right.
As the sun dipped, we all moved into the reception under twinkling fairy lights, and the energy stayed consistent, calm but full of heart. There was laughter, dancing, really good food, and a whole lot of joy. At some point, Michael Bublé was playing, couples were swaying, and we kinda forgot we were even working. It didn’t feel like your typical wedding. It felt like a slow exhale. And we loved every second of it!
